Special share, giving priority for bookings in school holidays. Could be recategorised as an Ordinary share once purchased. £8,995. Seller has purchased own barge. Weeks commencing 23 and 30 July, and week commencing 22 October. Of the two Special shares, this one was second in seniority for booking for 2021; it will rise to first for booking for 2022. (Interested parties should read carefully the information provided on the booking system used for DONJEUX). 2016 .................... £500 per share 2017 ..................... £500 per share 2018..................... £480 per share 2019..................... £520 per share 2020.................... £500 per share Owners also contribute to a Contingency Reserve intended to cover much of the cost of e.g. a new engine in the event of a catastrophe. This fund currently (Jan 2021) stands at £10,088. Additionally, a Repainting Reserve was established at AGM 2018: this currently stands at - £4,046 after the major repaint in 2020. (Covered by the contingency reserve until contributions aggregate adequately). All contributions are due on 1 January annually.
